Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden: 9€

Czech Republic, Finland, France: 13€

Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain: 15€
